How accurate are Zillow's Zestimates in Orange County in 2023? 

Almost everyone at this point who has wandered onto Zillow's website in the past 10 years knows the word Zestimate. Maybe you wanted to know how much your own home was worth, or maybe you wanted to see what Zillow thought of the value of the home you were placing an offer on. Or maybe you found out where your ex lives and wanted to see how well off they are now 😂. Either way, they have now become a normal part of the home buying and selling process. So the question then becomes, exactly how accurate are these Zestimates in 2023 and when should you trust them to get the value right vs. when you shouldn't touch them with a 10-foot pole.
