Big Changes Coming When Buying a Flipped House - MUST Know for 2024

Not going to lie, it's been a tough few months of news for home buyers. From the new commission law that goes into effect this July which could impact how much money buyers need to bring to the table when purchasing a home, to interest rates and home prices being back on the rise, it can get a little discouraging. However, today I wanted to talk about some good news for home buyers looking to buy a home this summer.
