April was another strong month for sellers. Inventory was down from last year, yet pending and closed sales were up. With less houses on the market, and more sales closing, a seller is in a good position for negotiations. As long as the home is priced at fair market value, many sellers are going to get multiple offers on their properties right now. This is due to the great interest rates on mortgage loans, decreased supply, and the traditional increased demand of the Spring market.
